Maintenance Contracts

With this contract you will get your heating & air conditioning system or systems checked twice a year at no charge. If during this checkup it is found that you need any repairs or services you will be given club member discounted rates. If during the period of coverage of this contract any item in your home that gives trouble that we can service for you, you get a 15% discount if you use us for the heating repairs, air conditioning repairs or appliance repairs.
